Plant-level acoustic isolation for compressor rooms and high-pressure vent lines. Our elasto-polymeric absorbers and rock-wool panels cut vibrational wave transmission by up to 45 dB, keeping your facility within B2B noise compliance.
Typical attenuation range
25–45 dB across 5–500 Hz

The SV-300 is rated for continuous operation up to 150 bar and peak surges up to 200 bar. It uses a multi-stage diffuser and rock wool packing to maintain attenuation across the full range.
Each panel mounts via a steel channel system that attaches directly to structural columns or purlins. No special tools are needed, and the 100 mm rock wool core fits standard bay widths up to 1.2 m.
Yes. The elastomeric compound is UV-stable and rated for -20 °C to 80 °C. For direct exposure, we recommend a protective metal cover to extend service life beyond 10 years.
We perform pre- and post-installation surveys using Class 1 sound level meters and FFT analyzers. The report includes octave-band data and a comparison against ISO 3744 and local standards.
Standard SV-300 units ship in 4 weeks. Custom designs with non-standard flanges or materials require 6–8 weeks after engineering approval. We offer expedited production for urgent projects.
Send an email to info@junglekaraoke.com with your project parameters. We reply within one business day with a PDF datasheet and, if needed, a 3D STEP file for integration into your layout.
